Rates

Standard shipping is a flat $4 on orders under $50, and complimentary on orders of $50 or more. The rate is shown at checkout and on your order summary before you confirm — there are no surprises at the door.

Cash on delivery

We currently accept cash on delivery. You pay the courier in full — order total plus shipping — when your parcel arrives.

Before we dispatch, our team calls to confirm your order and delivery details. If we can’t reach you after a few attempts, we’ll hold the order rather than send it out.

Processing & delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive updates as your order moves from confirmed to out for delivery to delivered.

You can follow your order’s status any time from your account, or with your order number and email if you checked out as a guest.
