What we accept

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Find your order — sign in to your account, or use your order number and email if you checked out as a guest — and get in touch to let us know which items you’d like to return.

We’ll confirm the next steps and the return address. Please keep your items in their original packaging until then.

Refunds & exchanges

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange. We’ll keep you updated by email throughout.

If you’d like a different size or colour, let us know when you start your return and we’ll reserve it where stock allows.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before it ships? You can cancel a pending order yourself from your order page — no need to wait for delivery.
